CheeseCake again



This time I have made 3 different flavour cheesecake. 1st. oreo crumb,  2nd. chocolate cheese, 3rd. coffee cheese and 4th. plain cheese. I have added 4 pcs of love shape chocolate. Still poor in writing.

CheeseCake - 2 Layers

It's hot while piping the chocolate onto the cake.

Layer Cake

Learned from KMPG. This is Sarawak's Layers Cake. Wow, see the colouring.

Cut the layer cake and used Strawberries jam to combine it. Lastly, spread jam again and bake layer by layer.

Time consuming.

Heart - Blueberries Cheese Cake

Blueberries Cheese Cake again. But this time heart shape.

Fondant - Engagement

Quite easy actually. Also from KMPG.

Animals theme cake. I just make the elephants and a monkey. Also learned from KMPG.
