CheeseCake again
This time I have made 3 different flavour cheesecake. 1st. oreo crumb, 2nd. chocolate cheese, 3rd. coffee cheese and 4th. plain cheese. I have added 4 pcs of love shape chocolate. Still poor in writing.

Layer Cake
Learned from KMPG. This is Sarawak's Layers Cake. Wow, see the colouring.
Cut the layer cake and used Strawberries jam to combine it. Lastly, spread jam again and bake layer by layer.

The cake size is 12" X 12". First time making big cake. Taking 6 hours in baking and decorating the cake. Bake after working hour and wake up early to decorate the cake.
