104 for petals.

Cake Decoration using Swiss Meringue Butter Cream




My first attempt to make buttercream. I use swiss meringue technique with combination of krimwell, vegetable shortening and butter. Quite easy and able to use for decoration.

Wilton Course 1 - Lesson 1 & 2



Attended this on 06/11/2010. I have learned steps by steps from butter cream consistency, cake torting, decorating methods and frosting a cake. Wow, not easy.
